Energy
I want to go for a walk so bad it feels like I am going to come out of my skin. My problem is I have zero energy. I really need to catch up on sleep. I am not going to reach my goal for the week if I don’t get a balance between sleep and exercise. I want to take off at least half of the 3 pounds I gained last week. I know I can lose more than that. I also know when I push myself I do more harm than good. If I had 6 more hours in the day I think I would still not have enought time. Compromise, I can do some situps and stuff at home. That way when I have reached my limit I can stop. Other than being a very long dull day, it has been good. I stopped at the grocery store this morning and bought 7 or 8 pounds of banans for 99cents. They were on the ripe side, but I took them to work and the people in my building liked them. Normally people bring in donuts or cake. I was glad to bring in a healthy inexpensive snack. I think I will do it again next week.
