T Tapp
Tonight at the TOPS meeting we had a guest speaker. She lost 100 plus pounds and has gone from a size 22 to a size 4/6. She followed a sensible eating plan and the only exersize she does is T Tapp. She is an inspiration. She has 12 children ages 3 to 27 and has home schooled them all. She is a spokes person for the T Tapp program and in the process of becoming a certified instructor. The program was featured on the Today Show last week and in the current issue of People Magazine with Bristol Palen and her baby on the cover. The website is www.ttapp.com it is worth a look to see for yourself. She said was able to stick with it by telling herself anyone can do 15 minutes. (There are also longer work outs if you have the time.)
I was also happy to see my results for the week. I lost 4 pounds. I am 6 pounds away from my first mini goal. I have already planned all my meals and snacks for tomorrow, except dinner. Staying in contact with friends who are getting healthy and blogging is really helping. Thank you all for reading my ramblings and offering advice and support, it means so much!
