Lofty Goals
This week I set some goals that may have been a little out of my reach.
- 3 miles 5/6 days
- 50 sit ups daily
- 20 push ups daily
- 90 oz of water daily
- Log everything I eat daily
I know I can do it. I just need to work it into my day. I am on track with everything except the sit ups and push ups. I forgot about them yesterday, did them Monday, blew them off on Sunday. Will do them tonight after work and walk 1 more mile.
Here’s my thing. Do I change the goals now or leave them in place? If I leave them in place, then I may get discouraged for not achieving them all. But, if I change them I may be limiting myself on what I can really do. I think limiting myself is worse than possible discouragement.
