5 Pounds

As of last week I had 5 pounds until my next mini goal.  So what do I do.  I get stressed and burned out and I am up 5 pounds this week.  I don’t officially weigh in until Thursday, and I know a lot can happen in that time.  But I am thinking I am not going to like what I see on the scale this week.  I know what I did.  I stopped training and started eating.  My behavior and habit are the definition of insanity.

Okay shutting up now.  I am not going to come on here and whine and cry because I made bad choices.  Here is my plan for the rest of the week.

Tuesday:

  • 50 sit ups
  • 50 push ups
  • 6 1/2 hours on my feet at job #2

Wednesday:

  • Walk everywhere.  I will not need my car until 6:15pm.  I can walk to everything.
  • Yoga 30 minutes

Thursday:

  • Walk everywhere. I will to need my car at all today.

Friday:

  • 50 sit ups
  • 50 push ups
  • 6 1/2 hours on my feet at job #2

2,000 calories per day

64 oz of water per day

That is a great attitude to have! We need to live in the moment and look to the future. What is done is done and cannot be changed so just get right back to making healthy choices and exercising and you will feel great!

hey there is this saying something about it is not over till the something something sings.. that came to mind … could be water.. could be your body rebelling because you stopped training?
are you still doing the 5K.. maybe a times 2 miler would be good somewhere there during the week? what do you think?
64 ounces is that enough water for you?
are you watching the biggest looser? I posted a last chance work out.. How about you try that oh or just walking in place will be good too?
How is your knee holding up?

There is no need in getting stressed out!!!
I have 4 pounds till my very FIRST mini goal! which will make me under 200 pounds! and I’ve been on this journey for 10 months now! I’ve thought about it, and started getting stressed because I want it so bad. But that lasted less than an hour. I knew if I started to fret over it I would go off track. Those mini goals are suppose to make you work harder to obtain that goal. NOT get all stressed, and you go in the opposite direction.

I’m glad you realized what you was doing, and decided to take charge!

Love your goals!!! I know you can do it!

I love the 2000 calorie goal - healthy number.

Burn out happens hon - I’m glad to see you back on track. We all stress out a bit and gain here and there. It happens. You are strong and a powerhouse. You will bounce back!

    Great goals! LOVE IT!

I love that you’ve mapped out the rest of the week, that’s a great step. Maybe try drinking more water.. that might help. They say you should drink half your body weight in oz of water, so if you weigh 200, you should drink 100 oz of water… 64 doesn’t sound like enough to me… try upping that and see if you get better results!! You will reach that mini goal, I know it!!

Wow, I really feel you. Instead of being on track I was running far away from it. Very frustrating. I love how you get it together and move on. It helps remind that is exactly what I need to do. You are a fighter so I know you will reach that mini goal.
