I am not the happiest with this month’s result in some ways. In other ways I am over joyed.
I lost 7 pounds. I wanted to do better.
I did a 5K and reached my 50 pound mini goal. I am so happy with this!
My goals for Noverber are:
- Drink 64 oz of water each day. I think I am dehydrated as well as sleep deprived.
- Go 100 miles. I need to step up the exercise to see results.
- Sleep as much as I can. I need much more sleep than I have been getting.
- Hit 314 by the end of the month. That puts me half way to my December 31st goal of 299.

Great goals, I think I should do goal so I have something to work towards. You have done so well keep it up
Your weight loss for this month is great. Getting more sleep will make you eat less and be less likely to get ill. You will get there and you are still young, so time is on your side. Keep up the great work.
I think you did absolutely fabulous and i know you will completely achieve your goals
I know its hard when we want more fast…But seven pounds is not horrible in a month…Good job…

7 pounds is great Jessie, nothing to hang your head over. I know it may not be the number that you want but you have shown such determination this past month that it is inspiring us around the board!
7 pounds in a month is SUPER! We didn’t put this weight on in a day and you are doing great. I understand about the sleep thing. Might want to check for ways to help. Some help, some don’t. Keep on keeping on and FOOD will not help you stay awake and function. I have been in that trap. Take care. Marge
